What - the Role :
The organization is looking for their next Supply Chain Leader, Procurement Shared Services to develop, implement, and monitor processes to optimize supply chain strategies for their Procurement team.
This individual will take a lead role in developing and measuring both internal and external procurement KPIs, guiding the team, interfacing internally with the manufacturing group, the various Supply Chain teams, and externally with their strategic suppliers, leveraging relationships for continuous improvement of all established KPI’s.
Who - the Candidate :
The winning candidate will have multiple years of experience supervising and leading teams in an EMS organization, ideally in a Procurement setting.
Excellent analytical and leadership skills are a strict requirement for this role. Since this role is supporting various teams and departments, strong communication skills are also a must.
In addition, experience dealing with multi-site suppliers and a centralized purchasing team will go a long way in someone’s candidacy.
Burnaby, BC or Markham, ON when the current situation normalizes. The company is actively interviewing and hiring remotely due to the COVID19 situation.
How Much :
Compensation consummate on experience, with a target of $100k. The role also comes with extensive employee benefits, 8-10% bonus, RRSP matching, and 3 weeks vacation.
