  • Please note : this is a Fixed-Term position, up to 9-months
  • PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB :

    To coordinate the preparation and execution of all Canadian Crude oil & NGL contracts.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Prepare and amend contracts
  • Collect and analyze information to prepare contracts
  • Obtain and validate contract approvals
  • Perform matching, signing, sending and filing of all contracts
  • Manage the contract systems for Crude Marketing department
  • Manage Contracts email inbox
  • Prepare and send contract reporting as required
  • Develop relationships with counter-parties in other organizations, maintain communication and resolve routine or minor contract issues with internal and external counter-parties
  • Ensure adherence to Gibson Energy Corporate polices and that data integrity, internal controls and audit trails are maintained in relation to crude contracts
  • Assist Crude Pricing group with administrative tasks during Month end and Settlement as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned

  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Degree : Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Finance or relevant discipline
  • Years of Relevant Experience : 1 - 3 years
