The Customer Service Representatives for cable trays is responsible for coordinating and answering various customer requests within a reasonable period of time, supporting satellite requests and assisting the sales team with bids and part number identification, and providing technical support.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Properly answer to the customer needs.
2.Follow up with Thomas & Betts’ customers.
3.Work closely with the following groups :

The incumbents will report to the Chief - Materials Management Service.
Requirements : DIMENSIONS :
North-America, Middle East, Australia, Europe
College diploma in a technical field, administration or operations management and / or a related experience
EXPERIENCE : 4 to 6 years
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS : French and English
Technical knowledge of the products offered to the customers
Training on the Ethics Program
Knowledge of KBM and Tops
KEY COMPETENCIES : Professionalism
