Diply is looking for a QA Manager that can help maximize our Quality Assurance Team’s success. We also want someone that understands the process, has a keen eye for detail, and can keep our QA Team motivated, positive and busy.


  • Establish QA strategy, process, methodologies and standards that span sustaining releases, including maintenance updates and patch releases, to maximize product quality, test efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Lead Quality Assurance team in evaluating sustaining release quality, maintainability, diagnosis, and serviceability
  • Work with internal teams to prioritize sustaining releases for Diply’s users
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration with QA and development groups, to ensure superior user experience on both major, minor and maintenance releases
  • Identify defects in our products and ways to improve in our processes
  • Perform root cause analysis and providing recommendations for QA team
  • Participate in the escalation process for minimized latency of problem resolution and increased user satisfaction
  • Establish a consistent level of quality, accuracy, accountability and compliance with industrial standards
  • Ensure quality and optimal tool implementation, such as TestRail, SourceTree, Selenium
  • Drive QA team to define Simple Measurable Attainable Realistic Time Based (SMART) goals with Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) towards the quality objectives for sustaining releases and measuring customer experience

  • Experience in managing a Quality Assurance Team / Department
  • Experience in Automated Testing
  • Comfortable in coaching Quality Assurance Testers and offering new ways for testers to grow in skill and experience
  • Experience in Version Control and Build Management
  • Experience in Test Plan Management
  • Demonstrates good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed understanding of Quality Assurance
  • Familiarity with TestRail and Axosoft are a plus
