Our client has an exciting opportunity for an organized,

reliable and friendly individual

to join their team in a temporary term

as Administrative Assistant .

You will be instrumental in keeping the office activities

running smoothly and providing service

to customers both over the phone and in person.

In this role, you will :

  • Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Organize and facilitate workflow in a busy, high energy setting
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
  • Complete high volumes of paperwork
  • Be responsible for general administrative duties as they arise
  • Scan records and make copies as requested by senior staff
  • Education & Experience :

  • Grade 12. Additional administrative / office training a definite asset
  • 2+ years in an office setting
  • Experience processing detailed paperwork
  • Personality / Desired attributes :

  • Self-motivated and eager
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented when processing paperwork
  • Customer service focus and pleasant demeanor
  • Professional and reliable
