Overview : Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the area through training, development, direction, support, performance management and motivation of all Sales Associates and Supervisory team.

How You'll Make A Difference : Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the area through training, development, direction, support, performance management and motivation of all Sales Associates and Supervisory team Reorder products to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained Perform inventory management duties as assigned Maintain appropriate supply of inventory Enforce all Park and department policies and procedures Participate in hiring, recruiting and training as assigned Issue any supplementary training or corrective action Completion of interim and final performance appraisals as assigned Accountable for controlling and maintaining budgeted expense lines Review and follow-up on all guest issues and concerns Oversee special projects as assigned and assist all Sales Associates and Supervisory team as needed Assist with other duties as assigned We're Looking For : Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for this role Previous amusement park supervisory experience in a Games environment is preferred Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service Excellent cash handling skills Strong visual presentation skills Solid understanding of managing cost of sales and expense control Candidates must have demonstrated ability to achieve a high level of impact in all areas of performance Candidates must be able to communicate in English both written and verbal Versatile and able to multi-task Proven reliability in receiving confidential information Required to work flexible hours (i.

  • e. early and late shifts), including evening, on weekends and holidays (early shifts begin at 8 : 00 am and late shifts end at 1 : 00am) Candidate must available to work five days out of the week (May-August) Must be able to work on weekends in February, March, April, September, October, November and December Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include;
