Exercise sound business and HR technical judgment by assisting in the progress and implementation of people solutions; Support the ongoing requirements of the HCM system in Oracle Fusion, including customization coordination, upgrade testing, coordination with IT on configuration changes and bug fixes, maintaining training materials, etc.
Lead high volume, full-cycle recruitment for a variety of Professional and Technical positions; Work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team of professionals in an ever-
Manage and / or participate in special projects. An accomplished professional, you have 8 - 10 years of directly related experience, including a record of success as an HR Generalist, with specialist experience in some or all of the following : compensation planning, leadership development, talent management, organizational development and technical recruitment.
A relevant post-secondary degree complements your sound knowledge of employment legislation. Your talents include excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
