This HR Coordinator Position Features :
Responsibilities :
Responsible for full cycle high volume recruitment
Participates in and coordinates the new hire orientation process and ensures all required paperwork and benefits forms are filled out correctly
Partner with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are understood and met within time to hire guidelines
Input and maintain accurate employee data in Excel or HRIS including personal employee information, compensation, job, termination, and performance review status
Visible and accessible to all employees and direct them when seeking policy clarification and inquiries to HR Manager and / or HR Generalist
Coordinate various employee meetings, including scheduling, invitations, room arrangements, lunches, maintaining attendance and meeting notes
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
2-3 years of previous experience in an HR Coordinator role
CHRP in progress or completed is an asset
Experience with high-volume recruitment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Power point, Word and Excel
