Test Lab Coordinator

Our client is a leading industrial global organization and they are looking for a Test Lab Coordinator to join their team.

The primary function of this role is to be responsible for development and maintenance of planning and scheduling for testing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Leading testing activities to ensure development and production of quality products
  • Working closely with lab users and Test Lab members to ensure company wide objectives are aligned with project plans
  • Use of participative leadership to direct team members daily activities
  • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to record, computerize and analyze test data
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date data records and files
  • Overall responsible to meet the demand of new products and equipment
  • Developing goals and objectives for various programs to ensure efficient testing within assigned budgets
  • Other duties (administrative and technical) as required
  • Qualifications

  • A college or university degree (preferred in engineering, business, and / or project or program management)
  • 2-5 years’ experience working at a manufacturing / design industry
  • Previous experience with project or program management
  • Be able to interpret electrical, electronic and mechanical drawings
  • Proficient in computer systems
  • Sharp mind with troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal, communication and prioritizing skills
