HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the Vaughan area who needs to hire a Data Entry Clerk for an assignment that could last between 3 and 6 months.

The ideal candidate will have experience a high volume of documents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • Post secondary education in business related programs a strong asset
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft programs : Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fast typing skills with a level of accuracy
  • Good understanding of Database applications
  • Able to learn new software applications quickly
  • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist with maintaining document control database this could include quality systems, drawings, engineering forms and work instructions
  • Assist in reformatting documents and then inputting them into the database systems
  • Support for the engineering group with documentation
  • Contact and Resume Submission
