Our client, a manufacturer of a specialized high-end kitchen appliance located in Vancouver is looking for a French and English speaking Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, a quick learner with a positive attitude, has strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking and food.
Previous experience as an inside sales / customer service representative is a must.
Duties and responsibilities include the following :
Handling calls, emails, online chats to consult and educate customers
Screening prospective customers
Manage and update CRM software
Perform product demonstrations both online and eventually in person
Demonstrate value and knowledge of the products
Compile data for reports as needed and report any trends with customer issues
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and experience :
Strong command of English and French
Previous experience in a similar role
Exemplary phone etiquette with experience on a multi-line phone system
A pleasant personality

Intermediate computer skills
Previous order entry experience
Solid Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook skills

Familiarity with kitchen gadgets and a passion for cooking
The working hours will start as Monday to Friday, 9- 5 and may eventually change to an earlier start time to accommodate the business.
Compensation will start at $20 / hr - $22 / hr, commensurate with experience, with 2 weeks vacation and excellent benefits.
