Job Summary :
The successful candidate will be an integral member of our Wealth Management team managing an assigned block of business and generating new sales from existing and new clients.
Sales, service and profitable growth of life and living benefits insurance products
Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal and external referral sources and centers-of-influence.
Develop an understanding of each client’s needs using a holistic planning approach to identify, recommend and implement the most suitable financial solutions.
Understand and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating standards.
1 - 2 years previous hands on financial planning experience
Life License required
Meet all provincial licensing requirements including continuing education requirements
Mutual Funds License or willingness to obtain
University Degree / College Diploma
Ability to grow the business in a sales / business development capacity;
Excellent organizational, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Excel , PowerPoint, Word and CRM
Strong character and integrity
Self-motivated, highly driven
Goal oriented with a strong work ethic
Successful track record in meeting and exceeding both individual and team sales targets
