About the Role
We’re looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is enthusiastic, dynamic, and detail-oriented to help support our team as we continue to scale.
What you will do :
Leading frontline recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, testing, and candidate selection.
Develops and uses various methods to source, recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events.
Researches; analyzes, and prepares to recruit statistics / measurements.
Preparing on-boarding materials including welcome emails, onboarding / training guide, introductory meetings, invites to company platforms.
Collecting & tracking details to keep the HR information system up to date.
Coordinating regular check-ins with new hires for questions / feedback.
Preparing the offboarding process for resources when necessary.
Planning & coordinating support for training sessions and team events.
Responsible for streamlining tactical procedures and documenting policies and processes.
Assisting with research, proposals, data entry, and documentation updates.
Who you are :
Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes.
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have.
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
Impeccable attention to detail is an absolute must.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations.
Exceptional time management, and multitasking capability. You thrive in an environment of uncertainty and change.
Self-starter that is comfortable working with menial oversight and tight deadlines.
Possess a Do What it Takes attitude to get the job done.
