About the Role

We’re looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is enthusiastic, dynamic, and detail-oriented to help support our team as we continue to scale.

What you will do :

  • Leading frontline recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, testing, and candidate selection.
  • Develops and uses various methods to source, recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events.
  • Researches; analyzes, and prepares to recruit statistics / measurements.
  • Preparing on-boarding materials including welcome emails, onboarding / training guide, introductory meetings, invites to company platforms.
  • Collecting & tracking details to keep the HR information system up to date.
  • Coordinating regular check-ins with new hires for questions / feedback.
  • Preparing the offboarding process for resources when necessary.
  • Planning & coordinating support for training sessions and team events.
  • Responsible for streamlining tactical procedures and documenting policies and processes.
  • Assisting with research, proposals, data entry, and documentation updates.
  • Who you are :

  • Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Impeccable attention to detail is an absolute must.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional time management, and multitasking capability. You thrive in an environment of uncertainty and change.
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working with menial oversight and tight deadlines.
  • Possess a Do What it Takes attitude to get the job done.
