We are currently looking for a motivated, experienced Program Manager to drive and manage the design and delivery of High Power Microwave Amplifiers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Act as single point of contact for customer driven development programs
Manage all aspects of the development and qualification schedules to ensure engineering and customer requirements are met from inception to production
Monitor technical issues and expectation within the Program team and customers to ensure products meet production targets
Manage the qualification process for both internal engineering teams and customers
Drive process improvements initiatives in order to improve overall execution of programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Science or equivalent demonstrated experience
5+ years Program or Project Management experience in an electronics field working on product development, ideally microwave related
PMP Certification preferred, but not required
Must have excellent organization / planning and communication skills with the ability to work within a team
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Leadership skills and relevant experience driving engineering and cross-functional teams
Coordinates and leads project reviews with management and customers
Ability to influence buy-in on technical solutions in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
Proficient in MS Office software and working knowledge of ERP systems and related processes
Ability to interpret and comprehend contract language
Previous experience with quality management systems
Experience in the satellite communications industry is desirable
Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and valid passport
