As Junior Sales Analyst and key member of the Sales team you will be working closely with the Sales Performance Manager. You will support him in analyzing and reporting key sales performance data , and making sure that sales information is always available to Sales Managers as well as to other key departments in TCG.

You will be delivering reports, analyzing performance, managing / maintaining standardized dashboards and supporting the organization of the Sales department.

You will combine business intelligence and reporting , advise and support internal divisions.

You will also support a range of key strategic commercial projects and measuring their success all designed to add significant value to the commercial decision-making of TCG.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of collecting, consolidating, analysing and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly sales data and KPI’s (Sell in & Sell out, Stock Levels, )
  • Gather and structure data for the sales forecasts, budgets and outlooks.
  • Daily monitoring of the sales performance. Inform internal and external team on daily basis.
  • Sales Actions follow-up : cost analysis & ROI
  • Creating, maintaining and updating key Sales KPI Dashboards
  • Fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Assist the preparation of Sales Field Activity (meeting preparation, organization, sales meeting organization)
