Job functions :
Learns and familiarizeswith cleaning products, their use, their component and warnings(dangerousness).
Operates and maintains thedishwasher according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Classify clean dishes forstorage in designated areas.
Ensures the supply of itscleaning products.
Ensures the cleanliness ofthe workstation, storage shelves, carts and plates.
Performs periodicmaintenance of the equipment.
Qualifications and required skills :
1 to 2 years of restaurant serviceexperience;
Excellent customer service skills;
Strong interest in teamwork;
Ability to react well under pressure;
Sense of organization.
