Description

Our government client is seeking and experienced Scheduling Assistant.

Duties

  • Answers the DG phonelines and Monitors the main reception
  • Prepares DG’s daily agenda and meeting files, and maintains the DG meeting calendar
  • Monitor*s DG’s emails for invitations
  • Helps correspondence officer with MECs correspondence
  • Provides general office support to DGO
  • Greets Clients
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in Health Canada in Scheduling
  • Experience working in a face paced office
  • Able to meet short deadlines
  • Able to communicate in both official languages
  • Able to use the following programs : MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes,
  • E-mail, faxing, scanning, photocopying,
  • Able to work overtime on short notice
