Summary :

As part of the Bell Business Markets (BBM) Client Experience Strategy team, you will be at the centre of our digital transformation, creating an end-to-end on-demand experience and improving service for our business and government customers.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Business Strategy, the Specialist has accountability for the creation, management and the tracking of strategic programs and development of executive level communications.

This position supports the business’s ability to establish its short, medium, and long-term plans in a highly dynamic industry.

Success in this role demands strong analytical, communications and collaboration skills coupled with the ability to think and act strategically.

Job Duties / Accountabilities :

  • Supports the BBM Client Services strategic planning process building and communicating digital transformation programs plans
  • Develops internal and customer facing presentations suitable for a wide range of audiences
  • Plays a highly collaborative role working with the Business Strategy team and other leaders to set the vision and agenda of the business
  • Works cross functionally with the delivery teams to develop and refine strategic roadmaps to realize the business objectives
  • Develops insights from different sources of information such as operational KPIs, customer feedback, competitor benchmarking and industry trends in order to influence and enhance BBM’s strategic programs
  • Fosters innovation & collaboration from the ground up by supporting various programs and events such as Hackathons and guest speakers
  • Critical Qualifications / Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position;
  • 2-5 years in Information Communications and Technology (ICT) project / program management and planning;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program / project management software is a strong advantage;
  • Creative thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills;
  • Ability to coordinate, organize and monitor inter-connected deliverables;
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate (and build report) appropriately at all levels of the organization;
  • this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations;
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
