Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Associate provides sales and support to our Group Life and Health and Group Retirement Services Account Managers, Financial Analysts and other team members as required.
Preparing quotations and presentations via in-house software and Microsoft Office
Responsible for quote, amendment, and renewal preparations
Package and email annual renewals to advisors on behalf of Account Executives
Compiling reports using systems such as Salesforce and Excel
Act as a liaison with head office and advisors regarding contracting and commission inquiries
Perform basic underwriting and pricing of new groups and amendments

P roficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe; aptitude for learning new technologies
