Four Seasons has an exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed-term People and Culture Coordinator in our Corporate People and Culture department at Four Seasons Corporate Office Toronto.

Professional qualifications : CHRP or Working towards CHRP Education : Human Resources Degree / Diploma required Experience : 1-

2 years working in an HR Department Working knowledge of HRIS systems required 1+ years of interview experience would be considered an asset Position Outline : HR Systems : HR data audits and clean up as required Running weekly / monthly / annual reports to distribute to the team leave, immigration, contract expirations, vacation usage, etc.

Processing day to day HR transactions in Workday requisitions, terminations, transfers, leaves, managing contracts, fixing vacation issues, etc.

Participating in Corporate Workday testing Learning & Development : Coordination for onsite training including but not limited to sending invites, ordering material, room setup, catering requests, name cards, printing materials, etc.

Maintain Embark invitee list and coordinate logistics for monthly session Compensation & Benefits : Prepare benefit packages for new hires, off-

boarding documents and leave of absence paperwork Preparing EIB for compensation changes and annual float day load as required Maintenance and processing of TransitChek First point of contact for trouble shooting employee travel issues and questionsManage and post holiday calendars and summer hours policy Reviewing and approving Wellness and Tuition Reimbursement Subsidies Employee Relations : Assist with the planning and execution of all HR related meetings and events Kid’s Party, TYKTW, HR Open House Direct general HR related inquiries Support in the preparation of data and administration of engagement survey Assist P&C Managers with employee counselling and support as needed Recruitment and On-

Boarding : Posting job vacancies Conducting background, educational and reference checks Maintaining electronic employee files Scheduling phone screenings and interviews Maintain onboarding checklists to ensure completion of all onboarding related tasks Lead communication with candidates and employees throughout selection and onboarding process Support on and lead intern and non-

management recruitment as required Compliance : Track completion of corporate annual consent, PCI, etc. Auditing US office timesheets for US compliance Ensure accurate completion of I9 and California sick pay documentation for all US new hires Payroll / Finance : Assist with Year End Accrual process Liaising with P&C Managers and Payroll for the successful execution of HR transactions in Workday -

hires, transfers, terminations, Chairman’s bonus, etc. Administrative Duties : Ordering of all team office supplies and collateral Processing invoices, Visa and managing team mail First point of contact for general external and internal inquiries Coverage as required to EA (Calendar Management, Meeting Arrangements, Phone coverage) Drafting employment / verification letters Other ad hoc administrative duties and tasks as required Competencies : Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude toward teamwork.

Excellent communication skills, pleasant and helpful telephone skills. Excellent organizational skills are required due to nature and volume of work.

Ability and maturity to deal effectively with all levels of management and staff within the corporate offices, regarding matters of a confidential nature Ability to work well under pressure, multi-

task a variety of request within required deadlines. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment.
