You hold accountability to provide leadership and direction on strategies, planning, design, implementation, and assessment of assigned clinical department / service within or across a hospital, health services area, or, for a Regional Program across Fraser Health.

As the successful candidate you have a Master's level of education in a field related to healthcare management, supplemented with seven (7) to ten (10) years' recent related, progressively responsible leadership experience.
This Permanent Full time position will be based at RCH, located in the city of New Westminster overlooking the Fraser River and is the only hospital in the Lower Mainland that is immediately adjacent to a Skytrain station ( Sapperton ).
RCH's redevelopment and future expansion plans are underway to meet the demands of a growing population with construction in three phases.
