Job Summary :

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our Personal Lines customers and insurance markets by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio as well as pursuing new business.

They will complete accounts receivables monthly and complete renewal rewrites.

Qualifications :

  • RIBO License is required or ability to obtain RIBO;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years insurance experience;
  • Highly developed customer service skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset;
  • Experience with Epic and / or Agency Manager would be an asset.
