This person should have a general knowledge of the online media space through their past experience, and bring to the table keen interest in working within this new and extremely high growth space.

We are currently recruiting for an Coordinator, Programmatic Strategy.

Position Summary

The Coordinator, Programmatic Strategy acts as a day to day support for the Account team, ensuring client deliverables are being met.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Account team, primarily the Associate, Programmatic Strategy, Supervisor, Programmatic Strategy, and Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy, with ensuring client needs are being met via agency partners.
  • Confirm details of client bookings and ensure they accurately match briefing documents.
  • Input buys into the internal tracking system, and prepare and revise bookings as required.
  • Assist planning team in solving billing discrepancies / queries, and budget control reporting (BCRs).
  • Accurately maintain and update team status reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Support the team on various client related projects as required.
  • Develop knowledge and proficiency in programmatic capabilities (e.g. product offerings and solutions).
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry and real-time media market dynamics.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices as necessary.
  • Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education - University graduate and / or advertising / marketing College degree preferred.
  • Driven desire to develop and excel in a media career.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
