Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Clinical Research Operations, CAMH is seeking a Research Analyst to provide support to a variety of clinical research activities across the divisions of the institution.
Working closely with the Clinical Research Biostatistician Scientist, this position will involve a strong knowledge around statistical methodology, including study design, data collection and management, and statistical software packages.
The position will require a highly experienced health-related research background and the ideal candidate will be capable of conducting daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Primarily, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting data analysis within a research and clinical setting under the guidance of the Clinical Research Biostatistician.
Primary responsibilities include conducting systematic literature reviews, analyzing data, supporting the preparation of draft statistical reports and manuscripts, creating and maintaining databases, and facilitating the process of statistical consultation to clinical research studies.
The candidate may also be required to assist with other administrative duties as necessary. The individual will support a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable CAMH policies, as well as all regulatory and legislative requirements.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Informatics, Psychometrics, or related degrees combined with one (1) year of relevant research experience.
Please Note : This full-time, 12-month contract position is part of the OPSEU bargaining unit.
Salary Range : $24.18 per hour $32.25 per hour
