Ensuring that meetings, deadlines presentations and other duties of the executive office are carried out seamlessly and on-

time Travel arrangements for CEO, coordinating flights, accommodations and other itinerary specifics


Coordination, minute-taking, PPT development, scorecard management and reporting for weekly core team meeting, monthly integrated planning meeting, weekly Monday sales & marketing meeting and monthly board meetings


Weekly 1-1 reminders to direct reports and follow-up on meeting outcomes Field phone calls, takes requests for meetings and coordinate various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.

Coordination of 2 3 cross-functional projects supporting CEO or executive sponsor management of key dates, milestones and meetings to ensure projects are completed on-time and successfully

    Coordination of quarterly strategic planning offsites and 2-day annual strategic planning offsite Coordination of 1 2 annual field events in support of the field development strategy and events team Coordination of 1 2 public-

    facing networking and PR events, for example YPO Women’s Event Participation as a member of the social committee.
