About you : Where : Your responsibilities :

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as coaching employees; planning, monitoring and appraising performance results
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
  • Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights
  • Drive new business growth through qualifying leads from marketing generated sources (tradeshows, conferences, events, website, webinars, social networks, quote / demo requests) primarily through phone and email communication
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Identify customer needs to determine if our solutions would be a good fit
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals at a given time
  • Manage existing customer database using internal system and Salesforce, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
  • Work with stakeholders to develop new strategies and identify business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline
  • Run the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
  • Your skill set :

  • 7+ years of proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets
  • Preference given to candidates with demonstrated success in building, leading, and managing a successful sales team
  • Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-driven environment
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office365
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
