  • What we are looking for :

    Reporting to the Vice President, Global Total Rewards, the Director, Global Total Rewards plays a critical role in the design, implementation and delivery of compensation and benefits programs and initiatives that align with Fiera Capital’s total rewards strategy.

    You will be involved in all aspects of total rewards, including base salary, short and long-term incentives, benefits, and ensuring programs are effective for the attraction and retention of talent, create alignment with business strategies, and drive solid performance.

    Your responsibilities

  • Ensure compensation practices and programs are aligned with Fiera Capital’s strategic priorities, market best practices, and legal requirements;
  • Manage Fiera Capital’s job leveling framework;
  • Build collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, leaders, and team members on total rewards initiatives and identify opportunities for program improvements.
  • Lead the annual benefits plan renewal process, including cost analysis, design reviews, and preparation of communication while managing the Annual Compensation Cycle;
  • Support the design and presentation of dashboards or summary reports on key metrics related to total rewards program efficacy;
  • Participate in the HRIS implementation project management and contribute to process mapping exercise.
  • Must have requirements to be successful in this role :

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Actuarial Science or a related discipline and minimum 7-10 years of compensation experience, including plan design and implementation as well as presentations to executives (experience in Asset Management a nice to have);
  • Solid knowledge of job leveling frameworks or job evaluation methodologies;
  • Deep specialized knowledge of compensation best practices including variable sales incentive plans, compensation structure, and benefits program development and implementation;
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including cross-functional projects and strong knowledge of Excel (modeling), Word and PowerPoint and experience with creating presentations;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization;
  • Aptitude to leverage technology for simplification of processes and minimize manual work and have contributed to HRIS implementations (nice to have);
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling ability, sound judgment, independent and creative thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders while being results-driven;
