We are currently looking for an Administrative Support to support the Hospitality Industry. If hired you will work full-time hours on 12-month assignment, be paid $17 per hour, and be the first point of contact for all clients, vendors and VIP visitors in a palatial lobby area. Responsibilities :

  • interfacing with multiple hotel departments to support conference services.
  • handling incoming (+ outgoing) packages for hotel guests.
  • supporting guests with their printing needs.
  • troubleshoot + support small fleet of printers
