As the Product Manager, Managed Services, you will create an entire suite of managed services across all Logibec products.
This includes all aspects of the product lifecycle from envisioning, development, and launch of new offerings, and ongoing management of offerings in market.
The Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with our sales, site reliability and operations teams to define, develop and deploy technology-enabled services that complement Logibec’s offering.
The position is unique and core to our value creation.
Reporting to the CPO, you will work alongside a global team of product managers, engineers, client services, operations, and sales.
Analyze client needs and create new managed services offerings and productize services.
Create a product and go-to-market strategy to drive managed services and maximize value delivered to clients.
Work cross-functionally with sales, site reliability engineering, operations, and R&D to define managed services scope, pricing and delivery options.
Develop deep understanding of current customers, market landscape, and develop strategies to position managed services as value-added and differentiator.
Analyze and document client needs in accordance with market trends and evolving regulations.
Understand delivery cost structures and create pricing models.
Work with marketing to develop positioning, sales tools and customer-facing documents, such as Scope of Service descriptions.
Perform competitive analysis to set future direction of managed services.
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field or equivalent.
At least 7 years of product management, building services or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the public healthcare market a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience in performing market research for a services or product line.
Experience defining and documenting product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
