We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Warehouse Administrator in the Burlington area. This position is within the Refrigeration and HVAC Industry and you would be working in a warehouse environment.

If you are looking to take on new tasks and enjoy both hands on work and customer service, this could be a great position for you!

A normal day in this Warehouse Administrator role would include shipping and receiving, general labour, customer service over the phone and in person, and ordering products through an internal software system.

Previous experience working within HVAC or with an wholesale company is an asset.

Job Duties

  • Shipping and Receiving
  • General warehouse cleaning and stock maintenance
  • Providing customer service over the counter and by phone to Licenses Contractors
  • Contacting customers by email and text to follow up on parts requests
  • Communicating with accounting to resolve discrepancies with Purchase Orders
  • Ordering parts from vendors and other Branches
  • Prioritizing tasks and able to complete rush orders’

  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience within a Warehouse environment
  • 1+ years of experience within Customer Service and / or Administration
  • Ability to be on call’ (around 6 weeks, over a year)
  • Experience within HVAC and / or wholesale experience is an asset
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Good communication over the phone and in person
