Autodesk is hiring! We are looking for an experienced technical lead who can manage a group of highly skilled individuals on the 3ds Max team.
This role requires someone with strong technical & leadership skills who is hands-on and experienced in the operations of delivering professional software.
We are looking for an individual with strong organization and communication skills who can succeed at both leading technical projects and people management.
You will spend your time leading our Operation (OPS) team, serve as the internal / external communication liaison, as well as the technical lead.
You will be expected to contribute to the execution as well as the strategic planning direction for that team. You will work in collaboration with 3ds Max leadership to evaluate & recommend tools & technologies that will accelerate the development, testing and deployment of the product.
Your team is responsible for ensuring the 3ds Max engineering team is operating efficiently while looking for ways to optimize and modernize the tools and process used to build and deliver 3ds Max.
This is the ideal role for you if have an interest in management while still working hands-on on technical solutions.
You will be responsible for guiding employees on their development plans, coach each member of your team and lead 1-1s. Proactively engage the wider team of domain experts and agile partners to understand how each team member is performing, and to lead them to individual success.
Closely collaborate with counterparts, architects and multiple functional groups across the company to achieve shared goals.
