The opportunity :

In today's fast-paced world, technology has become the key to the to a successfully run IT department and a productive end user.

In the IT End User Services team, the Sr. End User Service Analyst will act as a leader within the IT Service Delivery team and be responsible for technology evaluation / implementations, process / documentation, Video-Conference Implementation and projects pertaining to End User Experience and productivity.

The role requires someone is up to date on latest technology trends and displays knowledge in this IT space.

You are great at :

  • Participate and run projects as relates to End User facing technologies
  • Contribute and assist with hardware asset management for endpoints
  • Key resource in understanding endpoint impact of internal hardware or software deployment
  • Research next generation technology and provide key recommendations to senior management
  • Key contributor to CSI (Continued Service Improvements)
  • Thought leadership for enhancements to Service Desk tools
  • Advanced-level troubleshooting for endpoints
  • Strong understanding of meeting room technology AV, Video Conferencing (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco RoomKit)
  • Benchmark current hardware and software technology to industry standards
  • Management and continuous improvement of end user devices computers, printers, and mobile device technologies

  • Strong working knowledge of collaboration technology Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams
  • Well versed in collaboration and ability to have discussions with business partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and run multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
