As a Quality Inspector, you will perform all aspects of receiving, in process and final inspection as it applies to the manufacture of transit vehicles at the Kingston Site.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Perform incoming inspection on components as they come into the facility and complete all paper work;
  • Perform in process inspections on electrical assemblies and issue reports;
  • Write Non Conformance Reports as they are found or identified through inspection;
  • Write Snags as they are found during assembly;
  • Key requirements :

  • Post Secondary Engineering diploma in an electrical / electronic technical field or mechanical technical field;
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience;
  • Ability to use measuring equipment;
  • Full understandig of industry workmanship standards such as crimping, torque, soldering wires, etc.
