We are seeking a vibrant, personable individual to join our team in an Administrative role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills, has a natural curiosity and willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a team player and independently.
This is a full-time role located at our Vancouver Head Office in Olympic Village.
The Executive Assistant will report to the General Manager.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide administrative support to the General Manager by coordinating company-sponsored dental courses, licenses / renewals, email correspondence and preparation of an array of pertinent documents and agreements.
Research, write and edit copy and content for our website, print / digital advertising and social media under the guidance of the Marketing Department
Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and liaise with customers to provide support with pricing, terms, preparation of sales contracts and financing information.
Follow-up on prospective intraoral scanner clients and recent buyers for additional sales and support.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Experience in clinical dentistry and dental terminology is essential
Strong communication skills
Strong English writing skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to curate dental writing based on research
A keen eye for accuracy and detail
Eager to learn
Extended healthcare including medical and dental
