Our client, is currently expanding and looking for a Bilingual (French / English) Analyst to join their team. This is a growing company in Markham, ON.
Bilingual Analyst Responsibilites :
Key member of the administrative team, partaking in the execution of daily tasks and contributing to the successful preparation and on-
going review of the annual sales targets.
Analyze sales performance of accounts, trade classes and sales territories on an on-going basis.
Set-up new styles and monitor / / maintain existing styles in Account based applications.
Generate and distribute daily reports to executive management
Daily interaction with independent sales contractors and accounts by phone and e-mail
Create presentations for meetings between sales department and account buyers
Process and administer any markdown programs
Process and administer any sales incentive programs
Prepare product assortment proposals for accounts, follow-through with all things necessary to ensure that programs are put in place and maintained
Assist with coordinator of National Sales Meetings
Bilingual Analyst Requirements :
Strong computer skills are necessary - advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and word
Excellent language skills both written and spoken for communication with accounts
Fluency in both spoken and written French is a must
Flexibility to work overtime as required
Ability to analyze and manipulate data to retrieve relevent information and present to management in an organized and easy to interpret manner
Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
Quick learner, proactive, pay attention to detail and enjoy a busy environment
