We are actively searching for multiple Alarm Monitoring Agent to join our Victoria-based Response Center, coordinating the emergency response for a varied portfolio of clients nationwide.
This role offers a variety of full-time shift options; days, evenings and night shifts in 8-, 10- or 12-hour time slots.
Due to the extensive training required for this role, only full-time positions are available.
Some responsibilities include :
Coordinating response to multiple types of emergency events including medical, fire and intrusion alarms. Providing telephone support across varying geographical regions.
Utilizing technologies such as two-way audio and live video to escalate response for verified emergencies.
Ability to remain calm and provide direction while responding to an emergency situation. Ability to pay attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
Exercise mental flexibility and situational awareness within a team-based environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingualism (French & English) would be considered an asset. Ability to use Microsoft based applications.
