Position : Systems Engineer

Hours : Full-time

Start : As soon as you're free to start

Compensation : $55,000 - 65,000

Must Have :

  • Strong Verbal Communication Skills in English
  • Located in Ottawa
  • Experience Providing Corporate Helpdesk Support
  • Driver's License
  • Experience with at least Office 365 Admin Portal
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Azure and / or Intune
  • Working Knowledge of Autopilot
  • PowerShell Scripting Experience
  • Remote Management and Monitoring Application Experience
  • Exchange Administration
  • On-Premise to Cloud Migration to Microsoft Cloud Applications

    Using your strong understanding of networking and endpoint protection and management, you will provide front line help desk support to IC 360 clients, contribute to systems integration and automation activities, and drive migration projects.

    We are eager to grow and as an early member of the team, you will be well positioned to take on growing responsibilities within the team.

    Responsibilities :

  • Provide front-line technical support to clients
  • Assist with implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects
  • Continuously review and improve systems to prevent proactively address issues
  • Generate and update internal and end-user documentation
  • Provide on-site support as needed
  • Assist with communications and reporting to clients
  • Assist with sales and business development activities
  • Respond to client questions, concerns and issues
