This newly created role is part of the global Service Provider team, which has been formed to better serve our larger customers by having focused customer-facing teams.
This will enable Genesys to strategically address our clients’ outcomes, find mutual opportunities for growth in the markets, and co-create to build new innovative solutions that will all add value to our clients.
What This Role Is
The Account Executive is a consultative sales professional, responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from a named service provider-client or a group of service provider clients.
In this role, you will help to solve the business needs of the customers with Genesys solutions, both when selling to the SP and selling with and through the SP.
You will be responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.
Our SP clients operate across many geographies, and some are global in nature, therefore you will support Genesys growth with your colleagues across all geographical regions.
