    management skills? If you are a technical trouble-shooter who is open to new opportunities, have the advanced SAP payroll processing skills, extensive payroll compliance, regulatory experience and desire to manage large projects -

    we want to hear from you! Reporting to the Director of Payroll, your duties and responsibilities will include; -Overseeing the execution of all activities related to payroll and time processes, ensuring compliance with standards and legislative requirements, -

    Leads the project execution of global expansion initiatives (Global HR Transformation), providing insights and ensuring payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance -

    Manages third party SAP vendor support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and manages regular operational requirements -

    Collaborates with Director, Payroll to evaluate and analyze existing payroll policies, procedures and processes to identify improvement / enhancement opportunities and implement solutions to address them -

    Collaborates and assess, and troubleshoot any errors or problems within systems to ensure optimal performance -Facilitates and assists with the development of payroll specific and statistical reports to identify gaps in procedures and services -

    Monitors and ensures the accurate and timely administration, remittance and reporting of payroll related activities -Acts as a subject matter expert on all aspects of payroll resolve escalated or high-

    risk issues or concerns as required -Creates an environment in which his / her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-

    to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk & regulatory compliance risk -Builds a high-
