Essential Duties :
Deal directly with both internal and external customers via telephone and email
Handle / respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Follow up on unresolved issues and drive resolution
Capture detailed notes on all inquiries including action taken to resolve issue
Communicate and coordinate with other departments
Complete order entry in Microsoft Dynamics
Manage CHEP pallet tasks
Process credit card payments
Other duties and projects as required
Qualifications (Education and Experience) :
Minimum high school graduate or GED
1-3 years Customer Service experience
Post secondary education
Customer Service experience
French speaking a plus
Skills and Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :
Strong communication skills verbal, written, and listening
Computer proficiency with strong MS Office aptitude
Efficient and accurate data entry skills
Able to multi task
Able to analyse root cause and solve problems
Attention to detail and accuracy

Takes initiative and stays focused on tasks at hand
