Primary Responsibilities :
Define paid social and search strategies and deliverables, establishing and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for your clients
Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives; proactively identify and solve client risks before they escalate
Ensure the implementation of best practice in paid social and search advertising including clarity on formats, approaches and detailed understanding across all the major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap etc) as well as emergent companies and capabilities.
Understand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance
Manage paid social campaigns across all self-serve platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social media.
Leadership Responsibilities :
Manage, coach and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, taking an active part in their professional development
Identify training opportunities to improve the knowledge and skills of the team
Foster teamwork and creativity within a constructive work environment
Skills and Experience :
Minimum of three (3) year of paid social and search experience
Major account / client management skills and complex paid social campaigns; multi-level sales / selling into accounts.
Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
Experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest)
Experience with analytical tools
High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Technical and analytical mindset
Google Certification is an asset
Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate
