Job Summary :
The Reservation / Front desk Agent will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following : Receive and process individual reservations (telephone, online, travel agents), respond to emails addressed to booking, be the primary contact with travel agencies (commission checks prints, follow-up with accounting).
Meeting all customer expectations and performing various administrative tasks. Process check-ins and check-outs, register transactions and meet all customer expectations.
Requirements of the position :
Working hours : Various : mornings, evenings, weekends and weekdays.
Status : Permanent- Part Time and Full Time positions available (shift work)
