    Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance & Corporate Controller, the Manager, Business Transformation will be responsible for reviewing existing business processes, identifying areas for process improvement and overseeing the implementation of operational process changes to enable optimal business performance.

    This individual will also be responsible for helping on-board and integrate prospective and completed acquisitions, with a focus in Finance and the order to cash process.

    The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the Finance team and must demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in various environments and with multiple teams and departments across the organization.

    Finally, the successful candidate must be a strong influencer and communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with frequently changing business needs.

  • Assist in the identification, development and implementation of best in class business processes
  • Act as a lead contact for change initiatives from identification through to project delivery
  • Provide awareness within the Organization in leading and encouraging process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare process documentation and provide training to business users as required
  • Complete post implementation reviews, including the collection and analysis of data to identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
  • Assist in finance integration activities for prospective and completed acquisitions
  • University degree in business / finance / accounting, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset
  • A minimum of 5 years of management-level experience, including a background in process improvement and business integrations.
  • Experience in an SAP environment is an asset.
  • Proven leadership and assertiveness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, including management.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Focused attention to detail.
