Perform estimating, bidding and subcontract procurement on projects
Reviews and approves invoices.
Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.
Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by manager.
Compose and process routine correspondence.
Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records.
May coordinate proposal and bid package information or coordination of document release. May coordinate tracking contact status, vendor relations, meeting minutes.
Conduct research then compile statistical reports.
Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and transcription of meeting minutes.
Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site.
Other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year university in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc.
Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
Please note : the selected candidate can live anywhere in Canada. This is a field based position. We work a rotational schedule 10 days at the job site and 4 days at home.
We pay a per diem and cover the travel expenses to and from the job site to your home.
