Build on your Career Experience as you :
Provide leadership to a team of Consultants within the Operations Engineering portfolio of Information Management. You will map, quantify, analyze, and design processes and systems that support or impact patient journeys.
You will quantify supply and demand of different clinical and support services, identify system and process barriers and bottlenecks, and guide associated quantitative analyses to assess and recommend solutions, providing the required project and change management support for their implementation.
As part of the leadership team, you will work with many partners in the portfolio and work across multiple portfolios to design or redesign systems and processes that promote streamlined patient flow, are efficient, integrated, and support quality service delivery.
As the successful candidate, you have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Health Information Management, or related field, five year's related management experience in medium to large-sized organization including experience in planning, project management, systems analysis and experience in the application of Industrial Engineering and Operation Research techniques and tools.
Your traits as a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with demonstrated ability to stay focused on core objectives will help you succeed as you work within our constantly changing organization and subject to competing deadlines.
