Miles HR has a great opportunity for a junior administrator with our highly reputable client, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) for a Claims Document Support Assistant to provide support to the claims documentation process.

The ideal candidate will have one year administrative experience, great communication skills and exceptional attention-to-detail.

Details : Position : Claims Document Support Assistant ICBCLocation : Kingsway Street, Vancouver, BCContract : Initial 6 month contractHours : 8 : 30-4 : 30 Monday - FridayPay : $19.

12 + 18.8% in lieu of benefits / vacation ($22.71 per hour)Responsibilities will include : Incoming DocumentsReceives and organizes incoming documents by types.

Reviews documents to ensure information is complete and accurateScanning DocumentsScans all documents according to departmental policies and procedures.

Organizes documents that have been scanned for records management purpose.Updating Computer FilesUpdates relevant computer files in claims systems, and attaches scanned documents, electronic and voice files according to departmental policies and procedures.

Customer ServiceFollows up with customers and business partners when correspondence is received without the necessary information, ensure that all documentation can be completed accurately.

Have a ability to sit, stand and lift while performing scanning dutiesTo deal with routinely repetitive work requiring focus and accuracyPerforms other related duties as required.
