SIXT - mobility that moves. The UK Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and develop the inside sales team and support the UK key corporate accounts.
The supervisor role will require close monitoring of the set quarterly targets and will work with the team on achieving them.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
To lead and develop the team members to realize best in class performance
Ensure the department’s KPIs are met (revenue, service, B2B customer satisfaction)
Identify key customer targets and generate business appointments for field team
Identify business and revenue potential of each customer
Understand the competition in each local market, to promote Sixt positively
Work with the UK and International teams to increase cross- and upselling results
Analytic skills for analysing customer usage data
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Competency in preparing and presenting KPI reports.
Ability to influence and make decisions by applying independent judgment
Must have 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management or Inside Sales in the B2B market
Management experience enabling you to motivate, promote and develop your direct reports
Proven sales background in achieving and working to targets
An enthusiastic, conscientious, reliable and professional hard worker with the ability to understand business requirements, markets and customers
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with experience of dealing with customers
Enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging environment
Drive and self-motivation to accomplish objectives.
Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and worked with with CRM (e.g. SalesForce.com)
