We are currently looking for a customer service representative who will be the face of the company in Dorval.
As part of your duties, you will be the first responder when clients or customers call the company. You will have to answer to different problems (car accident, water damage.
It will be imperative to remain calm and take the right information in order to properly direct the call to the right department.
In addition, you are in charge of opening files for the new program
Someone who is comfortable creating client files
Speaking to people on the phone
Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM or 11AM-7PM (35 hours a week)
Saturday 2X a month 10AM-3PM
Salary 30,000$-40,000$ (based on experience)

Someone who is not afraid of dealing with problems
Perfectly bilingual English / French written and spoken
Computer oriented Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience in customer service
