Assist with all required reports and documentation as needed
Attend safety / toolbox meetings
Participate in drills, inspections, and all other site-related duties as assigned
Maintain standards of practice consistent with the provincial governing regulatory body
Comply with International SOS Policies and Procedures
Ensure that patients are managed in a professional and friendly manner
Ensure equipment and transport vehicles are ready 24 / 7 to undertake all medical retrieval services
Participate in emergency response services as required
Participate in ongoing continuing medical education provided by International SOS
Operate within boundaries of the provincial licences of the incumbent
Assist with the internal training program on site by preparing training sessions as requested
Any other duties that may be requested from time to time by management
Ensure International SOS and the client are represented in a professional manner
Participate in required drills / skills testing
Required Skills & Knowledge
Provincial certification from the governing regulatory body
NFPA 1001 level 1 & 2- Sealed
NFPA Approved 1006 Confined Space Rescue Technician-Sealed
NFPA 472 Operations- Sealed
NFPA 1002- Sealed
HCP CPR with AED
Hep B Vaccination Record
Confined Space Entry Monitor

Site-specific requirements as indicated at hire date (i.e. orientation, physical, etc.)
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Attention to detail
Must be able to pass NFPA Firefighter Approved fit test
Occasionally lift 50-80 lbs
Must use hands for repetitive simple grasping,pushing,pulling and fine manipulation
Must be able to bend, squat and climb including the ability to ascend and descend ladders
