The Receptionist will be an integral member ofour Client' Support Office and Administrative team, where they will be the faceof the company, adding to the professionalism of the corporate office bybringing the highest level of expertise in administrative skills anddemonstrating a superior level of customer service.
The Receptionist willreport to the Executive Assistant and be a part of a dynamic team that providesquality service to internal and external clients.
The Receptionist will displaytheir customer service approach in their day-to-day activities and will be akey contributor to the success of the office by providing excellentadministrative support to all teams.
The successful candidate will be someonewho has worked in corporate environment before, and can handle themselves in aprofessional manner, all while being the face of the company.
Maintain safe and clean reception area bycomplying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
Maintain continuity among work teams bydocumenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
Direct visitors by maintaining employee anddepartment directories;
Manage reception desk by answering andscreening calls;
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, includingcouriers; sort incoming mail, sign for packages, schedule pick-ups, andstuffing envelopes;
Book meeting rooms and catering for anmeetings and events (internally and externally);
Work with building managers for tenantservices as needed;
Maintain databases, records, confidentialfiles and other related information for department needs; enter, edit, andretrieve data;
Maintain security by following procedures;monitor logbook and issue visitor badges;
Monitor the appearance of reception area, allboardrooms and general areas of office; tidy up as necessary, replenishingbrochures, cleaning dirty dishes and attending to plants and floralarrangements;
Manage office food and beverage orders andinventory;
Assist administration team with organizingcorporate events and celebrations;
Order office supplies and maintaining stock ofsupply room;
Arrange for service of office equipment(copiers, telephones, etc.);
Assist with clerical duties including faxing,copying, and organizing / maintaining files;
Provide administrative support to theExecutive Assistant as needed; and
Other duties and projects as assigned.

You are comfortable interfacing with various levels of staff, management and external stakeholders, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Completion of High SchoolDiploma or GED;
Good understanding of office managementsystems and procedures, including filing and record keeping;
Strong knowledge of basic bookkeepingprinciples;
Familiarity of general office equipment (i.e.fax, copier, printers, etc.);
High level of proficiency with general officeapplications (i.e. MS Office Suite, Apple / IOS, and comfortable learning newapplications as required;
Well-developed research and reporting skills,communication skills and typing skills;
Your experience :
3 years’ experience working in a corporate reception position;
Previous experience in customer service considered a strong asset; and
Demonstrated experience communicating tactfully and professionally with the public, other employees and vendors.
